A leading company within appliances is currently recruiting for a French speaking Virtual Product Expert for their London office.

As a Virtual Product Expert, you will be working in a diverse and experienced team of coffee lovers to ensure we provide exceptionalvirtual customer service for our client.

Your role will focus on demonstrating and selling high-quality coffee machines to make sure each customer receives a personalised and memorable experience.


What your responsibilities will be:

  • Demonstrates both extensive product knowledge and a determination in finding the right machine and accessories for the client.
  • Drive sales by engaging with clients in a welcoming and professional manner to meet individual and team targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalised support on how to use their products.
  • Identify and progress new opportunities with existing and lapsed clients.
  • Work as a team to drive sales of the range while taking ownership of personal performance.

You will ideally:

  • Fluent to native level in French
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and textually
  • Self-motivation
  • A passion for a great cup of coffee
