Are you experienced in care and looking to join an amazing team?

  • We are recruiting for a strong Senior Care Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting a care team ensuring high quality of care and service is provided to all residents at all times. You'll play a key part with care delivery in the home, ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care.

About you

  • Strong caring values and wanting to work as part of a team to make a real difference to our residents daily lives
  • Experienced or working towards QCF/NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience with shift leadership
  • Proven track record in a care home environment delivering quality care.
  • Experience and knowledge of dementia.

About Us

  • We are a small residential care home group based in Newport providing both personal and dementia care for upto 30 residents

How to Apply

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
£12.00-£13.64 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
