Working as a Resourcer within a high-performing team, you'll be offering administrative support to our clients top-billing consultants and learning all things recruitment in the process.
You'll get support and training, an opportunity to progress and forge a successful career within recruitment and work alongside a genuinely fun and tight knit group of colleagues.
Offering a flexible hybrid working model, you'll be comfortable commuting to Leeds city centre on the days you're working in the office.
Day to day
- Prepare job adverts with the help of thirdparty marketing agencies
- Attend networking events across the region to promote the business and values
Your skills

Communication - this will be a huge part of your day to day, we need you to be at ease speaking confidently with people at varying levels of seniority

Resilience - recruitment is tough. There's no shying away. You'll get knocked back when decisions don't go your way. But you'll need to get back up, dust yourself off and keep super positive
The nitty gritty
- Hybrid (LS1) (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
- Up to £23,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus stat
