As a Property, Facilities and Compliance Coordinator, you will be an independent, motivated, and driven individual who relishes working both independently and as part of a team.
What's important to you is taking the lead role when necessary, and handling day-to-day administration, working with property elements of the business, and analysing the data.
It's not about maintaining a static and limited role, but about supporting the wider team and reporting on data, driving schedules, and providing a value proposition to the business.
As our Property, Facilities and Compliance Coordinator, you will be instrumental in generating schedules, reporting on site-specific and property elements of the business.
You will analyse data and report on it with a high level of specificity, with your remit being to manage workflows effectively.
This is a hands-on role, and day-to-day activities include general administration and the generation and analysis of data, reports, and schedules.
Key Requirements:
- Support the Head of Property and wider team in the management of multiple capital investment projects throughout the Scania (Great Britain) Ltd.
- Project planning, compliance scheduling, and reporting.
- Data gathering and analysis.
- Attendance at design team/project delivery team meetings.
- Coordination of internal department activities that input into capital investment schemes.
