About the Position:
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our experienced hire team as we identify, interview, and hire experienced technology professionals in our London office.
Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business, and we have developed a dynamic recruitment strategy and engaging interview process to select more than 2,000 employees from the world's best and brightest talent.
Our team has a longstanding track record of hiring great people and training them to be excellent recruiters, and we'll continue to support your professional development over time through hands-on training and mentorship.
About You:
- 02 years of professional recruiting experience
- Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
- Humble about what you know and don't know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Motivated selfstarter who can handle competing priorities
- Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- Can easily navigate Excel and Google Sheets, and loves to find ways to process and present data more effectively to different stakeholders
- No financial industry experience required
- Fluency in English required
