Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Prepare and modify documents using computerized systems such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff

Experience:


  • Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
  • Proficient in computerized systems such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office environment is essential.

Pay:
£20,800.00-£32,000.00 per year
