Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and mailing
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Prepare and modify documents using computerized systems such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in an administrative or office environment is essential.
Pay:
£20,800.00-£32,000.00 per year
