Description
Customer Service Advisor Needed in Central Glasgow

Start ASAP

Salary starts at £19,838. Then then there will be 2 salary increments over 6month periods
- which is a bonus of £626 x2 that will bring the salary to £21,088.

Bonus
- £4,800 Bonus per year (This Bonus is paid monthly to you at £400)

Full Time hours

  • Temp to Perm role after 12 weeks.
(No Weekends)


Our client is now looking to expand their team even further with a Customer Service Advisor who can provide an exceptional customer service experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Handling inbound communication in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understanding the customer's needs, providing an appropriate solution
  • Showing empathy of any issues
  • Ensure internal database is up to date, confirming all personal details with each customer account
  • Effectively manage and complete daily adhoc admin tasks

Skills Required:

  • Experience within customer service
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
  • Strong listening and organisational skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office packages
  • Ability to work well under pressure
