Workshop Controller needed in Manchester
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller looking to join our popular Commercial Vehicle Client.

To be considered for this role, you will need previous Workshop Controller experience as this is an incredibly busy Commercial Workshop and you will be controlling HGV Technicians on a day to day basis.

Workshop Controller Main Duties;

Ensure strong communication between Service Advisers and Technicians
To control the flow and work completed by Technicians
To ensure the quality of the work completed by Technicians
To ensure client collection times are met and any problems are raised with the Service team
To identify the best Technician for the work required
To ensure workshop targets are met
To support Technicians
To understand and overlook warranty procedures
Complete invoicing
To ensure client satisfaction is maintained at a high level
Responsible for workshop security (unlocking and locking)
