***: You would support the operations team in analytics resulting in extracting and interpreting data to identify efficiency opportunities within a multi-million-pound business, directly impacting our Team Members and our customers.


As an analyst you will be able to directly influence the efficiency of the warehouse operations either by gaining actionable insight from the range of data available to us, or by working directly with warehouse/ distribution teams to improve, or better model, both warehouse/ distribution processes and our own planning processes.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • This team will rely on you to provide them with uptodate to and accurate data on our Warehouse operation
  • Working closely with the Warehouse Team providing onboarding plans and support implementation for new business wins.
  • Share your findings with the warehouse giving them insight on how key KPIs should influence C.I projects.
  • Working with key stake holders in the operation and IT to develop and maintain a roadmap for WMS/ process and automation improvements.
  • Analysing data to support Automation developments across the operation.
  • Support the operational team with quick fix IT turn around opportunities (RF guns, printer support, label printers, automation requests) to remedy organisation constraints and support the operation
  • To lead the cleaning team on site. Review, support with all ER related matters within the team.
  • Analyse their schedule, standards, feedback and review the team.

About you:

  • You'll be an accomplished analyst with experience working in multifunction, fastpaced environments.
  • MWI is growing fast and so can the demands of the business, so you will be flexible in your approach and able to prioritise as you overcome road blocks.
  • Strong command of Excel, analytical SQL, or similar to these (e.g. SAP/ WMS)
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
  • You can make quick affirmative decisions and data is the driver to make this happen.
  • Articulate and persuasive you will be able to explain complex ideas and data findings to key stakeholders.
Experience in a similar role is desired.

£25,000.00 per year
