We are looking for a Senior Support Worker for an existing 3 bed children's EBD home.

Location:
Headington Oxford

Job Type:
Permanent / Full-Time

Pay:

- £25,000 - £28,000 / year
- plus £70 / sleep in

Requirements:

Qualification:
QCF Level 3 or - Health and Social Care, children and young people

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an RCW

Role Description:

2 on 4 off shift pattern

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team as a Senior RSW, working in a 3 bedded Children's Residential Home in Oxford.

Our home work with children and young people with a background in EBD, aged 10-17 on admission. You will be joining an established and experienced care team.

You will provide support for the children and young people in the home to promote their independence and well-being whilst providing a therapeutic care environment.

Developing and maintaining good working relationships with the staff, parents, Social Workers, and other professionals that may be involved in our young people's care
