Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with a warm and friendly approach.
  • Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our pointofsale system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:


  • Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a teamoriented environment.

Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
