Our client a market leader within their field and going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team based in Mansfield.


Salary:
£21-23k


Working Hours:8:30-5pm


Customer Service Administrator - The Role

  • You will liaise with customers regarding their orders and answer any queries.
  • Liaising with couriers
  • Tracking deliveries
  • Resolving any issues
  • Keep the customer up to date throughout order process.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisation skills
  • IT Literate
  • Have a friendly, positive and professional manner
