Your new role

As a contract manager you will be in charge of consolidating, creating and executing contracts, as well as overseeing the administration process.

Whilst managing sites, sub contractors, orders and meeting with clients, you will be a part of preparing tendersfor clients, develop and present proposals and also introduce plans and estimating budgets against a set time frame.

You will oversee and negotiate all commercial contracts to make sure that the company only signs advantageous agreements.

You need to be a friendly and approachable contract manager that can provide advice on how to negotiate the best terms and conditions sodemonstrate awareness of the provisions of any contract or agreement.


What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years housing background as a Contract Manager
NHBC background
Friendly and approachable individual
High volume capability
Ability to listen and communicate efficiently and professionally
In depth knowledge of the construction industry/contract types
