Master Technician - Crawley

Salary:
Up to £39,990 basic + bonus, OTE £50,000

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8am pm

We are recruiting for a fully qualified Master Technician in the Crawley area. My client is one of the largest and most trusted automotive retailers in the UK. They have a large team working across all areas of the business. The roles vary from dealershipto head office and they are rapidly expanding.

Master Technician role:

Your remit will include all levels of technical works from servicing to major engine work and diagnostic.
You will be carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturers' specifications.
Advising other technician on problems they are struggling with. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of Apprentice Technicians.
You will be expected to liaise with Service Advisors, customers, and Senior Management
The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient and always firsttime fix.

Master Technician Requirement:

Qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or/and NVQ Level
Experience in a similar role or as a master technician.
Must have or be working towards Master Technician accreditation.
Full UK driving licence.
