Description

Are you a caring and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker? We are looking for a full time, permanent, Healthcare Support Worker based at Derwentside IRC, to cover day shifts and night shifts.

Derwentside Immigration Removal Centre is a female only centre based in Consett, County Durham.


Deliver direct patient care, contribute in assessing and evaluating the needs of patients, to undertake other delegated duties both clinical and non-clinical to include the ordering of supplies, respond to healthcare emergencies as necessary in accordance with trust policy and procedures, undertake general office duties, including filing, scanning and provide clerical support, maintain standards in organising health information to safeguard the confidentiality of patient information and ensure accurate record keeping, file management and profiling data using system one computer.
