We are expanding and looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to work at our Hinckley branch.Previous experience in recruitment is essential.
We are committed to providing you with full training and coaching to ensure your success.
- Attending networking events i.e. job fairs
- Pitching our value proposition to potential to new clients and building a rapport with clients to support in growing the business
- Providing an excellent standard of account management to existing clients
- Taking general enquiries
- General administrative duties
- Train new staff to a standard before they attend site
- Create and prepare training materials
The successful applicant must have:
- Experience in a salesbased role or Recruitment Experience
- A positive attitude is a must
- Motivation and ambition with a drive to succeed.
- Ambition to better themselves and progress.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
