Description
We are expanding and looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to work at our Hinckley branch.

Previous experience in recruitment is essential.

We are committed to providing you with full training and coaching to ensure your success.

  • Attending networking events i.e. job fairs
  • Pitching our value proposition to potential to new clients and building a rapport with clients to support in growing the business
  • Providing an excellent standard of account management to existing clients
  • Taking general enquiries
  • General administrative duties
  • Train new staff to a standard before they attend site
  • Create and prepare training materials

The successful applicant must have:


  • Experience in a salesbased role or Recruitment Experience
  • A positive attitude is a must
  • Motivation and ambition with a drive to succeed.
  • Ambition to better themselves and progress.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
