Bell Cornwall Recruitment are hiring for a Customer Service Executive. Our client is a forward-thinking software service company in the education sector.
They are searching for a professional individual with a proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills to join their growing team.
This role is mainly remote with two days in the office every six weeks.Key Responsibilities include:
- Client management: To onboard new clients and to retain existing clients through contract renewals
- Liaising between clients and the internal team to ensure feedback is received and help to improve service
- Using the internal CRM System to import data and record client files
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build relationship with clients and the internal team
- Tech savvy with experience in SAAS products
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new challenges
- A proactive attitude and passion to helping others in education
