Alternative Airlines is a fast growing Online Travel Agent, and our ongoing mission is to empower anyone in the world to book a flight easily, and every booking and every customer counts to us

Are you looking for a new opportunity for 2024?

Well look no further We have a training course starting on the 25th February, and it will be 4-6 weeks of dedicated in house training, learning all our systems, and processes. What a perfect way to start a brand new year These are brand new positions as we are extending our opening hours. The shifts are rotational on , and 1330-Midnight, 4 days on, 4 days off on a rotational basis.
What is required from the customer service agent?

Using our in house systems and Amadeus GDS to process change
Working hard to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to retain customers
We want to be the BEST online travel agency out there and you can help on our mission
Flexible to work over a seven day period, including evenings and weekends
Flexible working arrangements with a hybrid model of office and working from home

Required Skills:

Someone who has the passion for customer service and helping our customers regarding their bookings
Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferable experience within the travel industry
