Well look no further We have a training course starting on the 25th February, and it will be 4-6 weeks of dedicated in house training, learning all our systems, and processes. What a perfect way to start a brand new year These are brand new positions as we are extending our opening hours. The shifts are rotational on , and 1330-Midnight, 4 days on, 4 days off on a rotational basis.
What is required from the customer service agent?
- Using our in house systems and Amadeus GDS to process change
- Working hard to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to retain customers
- We want to be the BEST online travel agency out there and you can help on our mission
- Flexible to work over a seven day period, including evenings and weekends
- Flexible working arrangements with a hybrid model of office and working from home
Required Skills:
- Someone who has the passion for customer service and helping our customers regarding their bookings
- Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Preferable experience within the travel industry
