Temporary Examinations Administrator - Sheffield hours/week - £18k - £20k pro rata


We are looking for an experienced and proficient
Administrator, with solid IT skills and accurate data processing capabilities,to undertake an ongoing temporary assignment with an organisation based in Sheffield.

You will have excellent communication skills, a highly organised nature and strong numeracy with accurate data processing skills.


This assignment is working hours per week.

Key responsibilities as the Examinations Administrator will include:

  • Maintaining all data on the examinations databases and appropriate spreadsheets
  • Despatching exam packs and associated paperwork to UK exam centres
  • Consolidating paperwork
  • Ensuring all filing records are maintained
  • Plus more

What we're looking for:


  • Previous demonstrable
    administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to provide a confident, effective and customerfocused service
  • Confident communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office and Access) with experience of maintaining databases and spreadsheets
  • A proactive problemsolver with an enthusiastic nature
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible, focused and able to multitask
  • Available imminently and able to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment
  • Ability to provide two written references
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
