Qualified Dental Nurse
We are delighted to have an opportunity for a qualified Dental Nurse to join our team in York (YO1 7BU), working 40 Hours per week
Our ten surgery practice is full of character and located in an enviable city centre position, just a stone's throw from the historic York City Wall Walk.
We can offer a wealth of opportunity to advance your dental nurse skills and train in specialist areassuch as implant nursing and radiography, just let us know what interests you.

As a dental nurse, your role will include:
- Supporting clinicians in delivering a full range of high-quality dental treatments to patients, both NHS and private
- Helping to ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice
- The opportunity to support the development of other nurses through mentoring.
- Be passionate about caring for patients
- Be able to work well as part of a team, establish a good rapport and articulate information clearly
- Be GDCregistered as a dental nurse (or already registered on a training programme)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have good IT skills, such as experience with R4, although this is not essential.
