We are looking to employ a dedicated and detail-oriented marketing associate to ensure that all sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives improve company sales and brand awareness.
The marketing associate's responsibilities include implementing various methods of collecting customer feedback, participating in trade shows, and organizing promotional events.
You should also be able to research competitors' products and services, pricing, and market success.
To be successful as a sales and marketing associate, you should be able to anticipate consumer behavior and keep abreast of the latest industry trends.

Role Overview:
As a Part-Time Digital Marketing / Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in executing social media strategies for our diverse range of clients.
This position offers a unique opportunity for students or apprentices to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
You will be responsible for creating engaging content, scheduling posts, utilizing AI systems for captions and hashtags, and interacting directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation**:Develop highquality and engaging social media content for various clients in alignment with their brand and marketing objectives.
- Scheduling and Posting:Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite or SocialPilot to schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- AI System Utilization:Leverage our proprietary AI system to generate captivating captions and effective hashtags tailored to each client's target audience.
- Client Communication:Act as a primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
Provide regular updates on campaign progress, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns or feedback.
- Adherence to Guidelines:Follow established rules, procedures, and style guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all client accounts.
- Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, and generate insightful reports for client review.
- Research and Trend Analysis:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and social media.
- Collaboration and Learning:Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of client campaigns.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in social media management.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant program (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.) or enrolled in a recognized apprenticeship program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, SocialPilot) is an advantage.
Duration and Compensation:
- This is a parttime internship position with flexible hours to accommodate your academic commitments.
- Compensation will be provided based on the terms of your apprenticeship program or applicable regulations.
- National Minimum Living Wage for your age bracket.
Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining longlasting relationships with customers.
- Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
- Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
- Preparing sales forecast reports and submitting them to management.
- Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
- Collaborating with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
- Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
- Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
