Role Overview:


As a Part-Time Digital Marketing / Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in executing social media strategies for our diverse range of clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity for students or apprentices to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, scheduling posts, utilizing AI systems for captions and hashtags, and interacting directly with clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Content Creation**:Develop highquality and engaging social media content for various clients in alignment with their brand and marketing objectives.
Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Scheduling and Posting:Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite or SocialPilot to schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.

- AI System Utilization:Leverage our proprietary AI system to generate captivating captions and effective hashtags tailored to each client's target audience.

- Client Communication:Act as a primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
Provide regular updates on campaign progress, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns or feedback.

- Adherence to Guidelines:Follow established rules, procedures, and style guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all client accounts.

- Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, and generate insightful reports for client review.

- Research and Trend Analysis:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and social media.

- Collaboration and Learning:Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of client campaigns.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in social media management.


Qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a relevant program (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.) or enrolled in a recognized apprenticeship program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, SocialPilot) is an advantage.

Duration and Compensation:


  • This is a parttime internship position with flexible hours to accommodate your academic commitments.
  • Compensation will be provided based on the terms of your apprenticeship program or applicable regulations.
  • National Minimum Living Wage for your age bracket.
