Description

Customer Service/Driver
We are currently looking for a customer service assistant to join a busy and exciting team.

Previous experience working front of house or in an automotive environment is preferred but not essential.

Full drivers licence desired as role will also be required to deliver customer cars.

Full training will be provided.

The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

Pay rate is £12.50 per hour.


Role

  • Answering the phone
  • Interacting with customers
  • Driver schedules
  • Ordering parts / parts returns
  • Invoicing
  • Delivering customer cars

Requirements:


  • Driver licence
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work well both in a team and independently
  • Use initiative
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Have a friendly disposition.
  • Have good computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Pay:
£12.50 per hour
