Operations Assistant role
We are looking for assistants to join our operations team. This is an interesting and varied role.


The key responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide outstanding client support
  • Ensure superb levels of customer service are delivered
  • Ensure client questions and issues are resolved within response time targets
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Visit customer sites around the UK and assist with the installation of Tabletop products
  • Prepare and check hardware
  • Manage stock
  • Track orders and arrange deliveries
Please note that our client support is managed online. This is not a call centre environment.


Our clients are based around the UK at many prestigious venues e.g., premiership football clubs, Wembley Arena, ExCel exhibition centre so this role presents a great opportunity to visit some superb places.


We are looking for applicants who have:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Empathy, sensitivity and understanding
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Training


We want new people to have the best possible start so anyone joining Tabletop will undergo an exciting and engaging induction programme so that they can learn about Tabletop, meet their colleagues and have time to settle into the team.

This role will provide the opportunity to develop skills and for progression


Hours and place of work


This is a varied role with shift patterns from 8am to midnight seven days a week although you will only be expected to work an average of 37.5 hours per week.

Day shifts will be based in our operations office in Portsmouth. Evening shifts will be remote, working from home.


Requirements:

You will need your own laptop

You will need a full driving licence

From £22,000.00 per year
