Estate Agent, Senior Sales Negotiator
Royston, Hertfordshire
Up to £25,000 Basic Salary, dependant on experience
£35,000 - £40,000 OTE

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join the market leading independent estate agency in Royston, Hertfordshire.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers, negotiatingoffers to create the best outcome for both parties.

You must be driven, with an ability to thrive under pressure and work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing clients and maintaining regular communication with them to ensure a positive experience.
  • Carry out valuations and market appraisals on properties and provide clients with accurate advice on pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct viewings with potential buyers and provide feedback to clients.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep uptodate with market trends and changes in legislation that may impact the industry.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the estate agency industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license.
