Part of a Multi-National Group,
Mitsui Components Europe Ltd are an established, world leading manufacturer of high spec door locking systems for the automotive industry.

Due to new business we require two individuals to work a specific part-time working pattern.

Production Associate - Part time hours per week)
Permanent - £10.42 / Hour

Working hours - Thursday 08:00 - 16:45, Friday 08:00 - 13:30.

Role Summary:_

To initiate, feed and monitor automatic production machines to produce parts to the required production, delivery and quality standards.
Complete and record quality production checks.

The main duties associated with the role:

Carry out simple planned quality inspections.
Record productivity and quality by completing daily record and downtime sheets accurately.

- recorded on training matrix.

Follow the principles of 5 S, developing an organised, clean and efficient manner of working.

Specific skills and experience/knowledge required:

Previous experience in operating manual and automatic machinery ideal but not essential
Previous experience of Vernier calipers ideal but not essential.
Good level of dexterity, numeracy and literacy.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 13.75 per week
