Job Summary:


Overall Purpose of the Role


The EMEA Organisation & Talent Solutions (O&TS) team, provide opportunities across all EMEA markets that enable our employees to grow and develop in line with the skills and capabilities needed to drive the business forward.

As strategic business partners across TWDC, the O&TS team aims to provide career enhancing experiences and opportunities to enable everyone to develop and thrive.


The purpose of the role is to support employee experience through change/transformation work, culture initiatives and data analysis to enable us to adapt and strive for organisational success.


Working closely with the O&TS Manager you'll provide a proactive, efficient and consistent partnership to stakeholders, including HR colleagues, leaders and employees.

You'll also have the opportunity to work with global partners and to adapt enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure they are culturally relevant for the EMEA

region as well as supporting on specifically developed projects.


You will be future focused with a drive to think differently about how we develop the overall organisation and our people.

You will demonstrate a keen interest in research and data to support their ideas; allowing us to be more responsive to change, to measure impact and to drive improvement, engagement and

experience.


Areas of Responsibility
Areas of responsibility will generally fall within Organisational Development, including end-to-end ownership or support of initiatives such as, but not limited to:

Change, Transformation and Culture:

  • Contribute towards the design and delivery of initiatives, tools and resources that actively support the creation of an effective work environment, including ways of working and change management and culture initiatives
  • Work with internal communications to ensure effective communications which build employee engagement
  • Support the delivery of initiatives that aim to improve the employee experience following large scale change activations, periods of ambiguity, change management efforts and energising the workforce

Data analytics, reporting and storytelling:

  • Utilise technology to update and share O&TS data reports. Support the wider team in reviewing, interpreting and analysing the data (such as learning, talent, feedback etc.)
  • Consider areas where we can be more efficient/effective, deliver greater return on investment and any areas for improvement; providing recommendations for action and/or value add initiatives
  • Collaborate with our People Insights team (global partners) to identify critical insights for leaders focusing on opportunities within our team scope
  • Create visually appealing reports, narratives and presentations that can be used to share insights, stories and updates with local HR teams, regional HR functions, key stakeholders and business leaders
  • Work closely across the OTS team to identify areas of opportunity for storytelling projects/programmes to elevate employee engagement using creativity and innovation to improve communications and interest

Evaluation and Experience Strategy:

  • Work with global partners (in the US, in Centres of Excellence and across International regions) to support the ongoing roll out of the active listening survey strategy
  • Support the delivery and reporting for the EMEA Employee Experience Survey, ensuring regional relevance and identifying process efficiencies
  • Be the first point of contact and take ownership for working on requests for additional surveys, including pulse surveys and other evaluation tools, partnering with regional teams on roll out, assessment of data privacy, local laws and requirements in market
  • Facilitate local focus and discussion groups, with O&TS managers, to gather employee and leader feedback, generating qualitative data points and using these to build narrative and storytelling around employee engagement
  • Orientation & Onboarding:
  • Support the ongoing virtual delivery of EMEA orientation content for new hires to TWDC, to ensure new joiners feel supported in their first 90 days; ensuring clarity of mission, businesses and organisation to all employees across the region
  • Research, analyse and present insights (internal and external) to support the development of strategies, and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance the various projects, initiatives and work streams across O&TS
  • Partner with EMEA market(s) and lines of business as required including but not limited to OD projects such as change, organisational/team effectiveness, ways of working, org development, culture and experience, as well as other O&TS topics across the Learning & Development and Talent Management workstreams such as programmes, career experiences, performance and team
