KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion group culture with all employees and key stakeholders through all HR processes to enhance employee engagement
  • Continuously improve group HR processes to ensure best practise
  • Inform and train managers and employees on HR processes and procedures to maintain consistency across functions and sectors
  • Keep abreast of Employment Law to ensure compliance, avoid litigation and promote good HR practice for line mangers throughout the business
  • Assist with HRspecific projects and initiatives that provide functional support for business imperatives (eg. TUPE transitions)
  • Produce reports for Independent Financial Advisors to ensure employees eligibility for benefits is maintained within company rewards structure
  • Advise Sectors and Functions on good HR practice to ensure compliance with performance management, group policies and legislation
  • Produce and measure monthly analytical workforce data reports per sector to allow key areas of concern to be identified and addressed
  • Recruitment/Resourcing ensure manpower plans are shared, leaver analysis and internal transfers advised

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • CIPD or equivalent qualifications (orworking towards)
  • Previous Operational HR Experience with broad knowledge of performance, relations and reward management
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment law and current legislation
  • Experience of TUPE/Acquisition Transitions
  • Training delivery experience
