Job Title:
Customer Service Specialist (Full Time or Part Time)


Location:
Luton


Salary:
£21,255 pro rata plus generous monthly bonus scheme & benefits package


Role:
Permanent (Full Time or Part Time) - Variable shift patterns


Contact Centre Opening Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 6.15pm (variable shift patterns) and Saturdays 9am - 1pm (you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays)


OVERVIEW


Our client is one of the UK's leading home appliance manufacturer, they are looking for skilled Customer Service Professionals who will support the delivery of a successful Aftermarket Team.

This is an exciting role as our client transforms their business with the growth of their Aftermarket Sales Team.


The role is to be the first point of contact for when a customer needs support or requires a repair beyond their manufacturer's warranty.

THE ROLE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling inbound enquires for customers in need of support or repair, adapting your approach to varying customers' needs
  • Work as a part of a team to deliver an exceptional service and achieve key performance targets
  • Utilising the available products and services to find a solution for the customer that best fits their needs
  • Accurately record customer data, ensuring compliance when selling regulated services
  • Seek out opportunities to upsell through service

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • A passion to deliver a firstclass customer experience and retain the customer loyalty
  • Experience of working within a sales/service environment
  • Be enthusiastic about working in a fastpaced, targeted environment
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-Motivated in both your daily activities and in selfdevelopment
  • Enjoy working as a part of a team
