Description
Maintenance Person required 3 days a week for a small sized residential care home.


The ability to ensure statutory checks are carried out weekly/monthly and recorded clearly and appropriately is a crucial part of the role.

The person must be able to prove they have a good all-round general knowledge of plumbing, joinery, painting, DIY and


You will need to provide your own tools, and the use of a Van would be beneficial but not essential.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
£13.00 per hour
