    Job Title:

    Senior Quantity Surveyor

    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Highways business, working on the Highways Term Maintenance contract based out of Luton.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all commercial and contractual matters on site.
    • Effectively manage Quantity Surveyors and/or Assistant Quantity Surveyors to deliver projects successfully.

    About You:

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • An accredited course by RICS, CIOB, or ICES.
    • A degree with numerical or technical bias.
    • Relevant HND subjects such as building/construction, urban and land studies, civil engineering, and structural engineering.
    • Relevant commercial experience from a Civils/Highways background.
