Description

Role responsibilities
Working with mínimal supervision, you will be assisting the Team Leader with contentious Will and Probate claims.

Ideally, you will have experience in Contentious Probate or at the very least a litigation background with some exposure to Contentious Probatework.

An understanding of Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration would be helpful although not essential.


Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with claims under the Inheritance Act
  • Claims challenging the validity of a Will
  • Handling Executor and Trustees disputes
You will need to demonstrate a real passion for this area of work and strong commerciality. Good client relationship and people skills will be essential.
