Partner Financial are working with a PE backed consumer business that has a strong track record of growth with a notable footprint from a global perspective.

The business has invested heavily across new revenue streams under the new visionary managementteam, which looks set to cement the business as the market leader.

Reporting to FP&A Manager, you will be joining a growing and high performing team, where you will be providing analysis and explanations for variances to budgets, ensuring the provision of timely and accurate management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the FP&A Manager on budget and forecasting creation, as well as monthly performance reporting process
Providing financial support (preparation of Business Cases, NPV calculation, P&L, evaluation of performance) for promotional activities and limited editions across the business
Developing insights into category performance, through delivering ad hoc analysis and reporting
Working on the initiative valuation for new product development, this includes NPV calculation, product cost target setting as well as scenario sensitivity analysis
Partnering with budget holders to ensure strong cost controls, identifying risks and different ways to optimise spend
Part or fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA)
Proficient excel skills and experience working with complex data in a commercial environment
Comfortable conducting large datasets analysis to provide support for strategic plans across the business
Strong communication skills, with a proven track record developing relationships with different stakeholders across the business
A proactive individual, able to explore issues and generate new ideas in developing continuous improvement measures
