    Conveyancer Role in South Humberside

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer or fee earner.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Running and managing a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions
    • Handling Freehold/Leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages
    • Preparing Contract packs and investigating title issues
    • Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers
    • Exchanges and completions, including post-completion formalities like SDLT and Land Registry
    • Compliance with AML and SRA rules and regulations
    • Acting for lenders and dealing with their requirements
    • All other reasonable duties in connection with providing a comprehensive conveyancing service

    Requirements:

    • Licenced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner
    • Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
    • Interest in business development and networking
