The Role

About you:

Some experience in an administrative or talent role (612 months+).
A motivation to build a career in recruitment.
Selfmotivated and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Superb interpersonal and communication skills.

We are targeting someone who is in the Chicago area, but we are a globally dispersed team and are therefore open to discussing various remote and hybrid options.
