Job Description

An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Mini Bar Attendant to be part of an iconic London Opening.

Reporting into In Room Dining Supervisor, you will be responsible for making sure minibars are always stocked and clean. They track inventory and see to it that guests are charged correctly for what they consume.

Specifically as the Mini Bar Attendant:

Inventorying each room where there is activity daily
Maintaining the cleanliness of bars
Stocking mini bar carts according to daily fill requirements
Charging the guests if there are any items consumed
Keeping mini bar storeroom neat and organized, and tracking the expiry or best before items
Replenishing used items in mini bars
Accurately reporting of mistakenly charged items on guest folio
Inspecting and restocking guest room mini bars according to established standards
Ensuring that all inroom accessories and promotional materials are in place
Maintaining an adequate stock of products on the mini bar cart and replenish the cart at the end of the day
Maintaining the par levels of mini bar stock room and inform the line manager if anything to be ordered
Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee
Performing other duties as required or assigned including assisting with the service at the In Room Dining
