- A long established International Shipping Company are currently seeking an Export Coordinator to join their busy team in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities;
- Handle sea freight export shipments from start to finish.
- Provide quoting for jobs.
- Preparing export customs clearances.
- Speaking to customers and clients on the phone.
- Liaising with sea/air/ road freight customers and overseas agent.
- Load planning and liaising with hauliers and overseas agents.
- Raising export documentation to enable trailers to transit UK Ports and Europe.
Requirements;
- Ideally 34 years' experience within sea freight export
- Export experience
- Experience working with Intercoms
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Adaptable and methodical approach to work/ training.
- Conscientious and reliable.
