As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a talented and visionary Production Lead to manage our passionate team of six in the factory.
The Role:
As our Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and inspiring our factory team to achieve excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that our products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of 6 in the factory, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of highquality products.
- Arrange logistics, organise deliveries to our customers.
- Complete OTIF and production reports for the Directors
- Collaborate with the product development team to innovate and develop new products, contributing your creative insights.
- Manage the supply chain effectively, ensuring that materials are sourced efficiently and sustainably.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production processes and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
