Description

We are a friendly local security business, currently looking for a senior co-ordinator to assist/support a current team scheduling a large team of security guards to venues in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas of both the South West and nationally in the UK.

The job also includes

:

- implement and manage weekly rotas

allocating weekly shifts and coordinating security staff

Data Entry - Timesheets/payroll

Liasing with Labour providers / sub contractors

occassionally assisting management on site at various events and venues

uploading and maintaining staff and client data for office management system as per GDPR

carrying out invoice and credit control

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.


Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:

From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours:
35 per week
