Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Leicester LE2


Salary:
£19,000-£23,000

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9AM -5PM, one Saturday a month 9AM-5PM
The Company
Our client, a company based in Glen Parva are looking for multiple customer service advisors on a temp/perm contract.
The Role
Answering inbound sales and enquiries
Dealing with third party and our internal courier services
Liaising with our Workshop & Dispatch teams
Liaising with other office and production team membersand management to resolve queries to enable timely solutions
Other office duties as required to assist the office and services run smoothly
Experience in customer service.
Calm and polite manner
Ability to learn as you go and adapt to changes within growing and successful company
Attention to detail
Computer literate, with advanced working knowledge of and use of spreadsheets
