Finance Assistant

Guildford

£26,000 per annum
40 Hours per week - Monday to Friday - Flexible

Active Recruiters are pleased to be working with an established client in Guildford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a word leading specialists company and join a busy but very friendly office.

Are you an AAT student looking to progress with your career? Or recently qualified and looking for a new opportunity? Experience in an accounts/finance role is

essential however study support can be considered. Software training will be provided.

Responsibilities include (but not limited too):

Follow company policies and procedures.
Processing and managing invoices to a high standard.
Credit control duties.
Liaising with external companies as required, responding with queries and account settlements.
Process cash and cheques.
Working alongside Clinic Manager and Finance Manager.
Checking supplier statements and resolving purchase ledger queries.
Inputting credit card statements into accounting software.
Inputting expenses into accounting software.
General ledger journals.
Reconciliation duties.
Establish high levels of customer service and communication between staff, customers and visitors to the site.
Handling claim queries and debt management.
