The opportunity
Our People Advisory Services managed services team are looking for a Client Value Lead to support the provision of Coaching and Subject Matter Expert (SME) facilitation through a large managed
service run by EY. The Client Value Lead is responsible for scoping coaching, learning and development engagements with clients, as well as driving client-centric continuous improvement
projects in our coaching and SME business.
Your key responsibilities

Sales focus:Driving sales of Executive Coaching and SME Facilitation in a defined cluster of GLF clients - building relationships with clients and internal colleagues representing the cluster from the GLF Account Management and Client Services teams to drive shared learning and consistent adoption of best practice client management

Continuous improvement focus:Lead a strategic client service pillar, focused on one of the three areas below:
Product:Aligning our coaching platform (which hosts coach bios and offers coachees the opportunity to schedule meetings with coaches, assess their coaching needs and review their coaching engagement) to client demand. You will work with parallel teams to adopt new platform features in line with client needs.
Insights and Impact: Management of the sales pipeline and Intelligent Sales Initiative to deliver a more data-led approach to business development across the wider team.

Coach management: Drive the continuous professional development offer to our pool of 150+ coaches, including employed staff and associates; brief coaches on client needs; and liaise with the associate management team to share best practice in relation to performance development of associates.
Skills and attributes for success
We are looking for a Client Value Lead who has a proven track record of consulting experience in a fast-paced environment.
For this role communication and management of key stakeholders iscritical.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Commercial acumen
- Experience in a fastpaced consulting environment
- Experience managing client relationships
- Learning and development experience, ideally involving coaching or leadership development
- Data fluency
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to facilitate and encourage collaboration amongst team members and motivate teams to maximise adoption of change
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
The ability to:
- Identify and manage risks.
- Consult and coach operational teams in new ways of working.
- Coordinate efforts with specialists i.e. technology developers, external parties,
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness and support operational documentation.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report issues through status reporting.
- Define and monitor change progress.
- Support change management at the organisational level.
- Manage the change portfolio and be a key contact for the team.
Other key attributes for the role include:
- Leadership development and/or coaching experience
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
- Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Experience with largescale organisational change efforts
- Good understanding of technology & how to best utilise to support operational delivery.
