HYBRID WORKING
Fox Morris are working with Lewisham Council in relations to finding a Disrepair Surveyor to start work ASAP


Responsibilities

  • HNC/D or degree in building construction is a requirement Knowledge of the Disrepair Protocol EPA cases, insurance works and any related building law is a must.
  • They must be able to do Report Writing, Scott schedules, specification of works and the use of Schedule Of Rate
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
