Description

Kind Consultancy is working with a fast growing business which is now seeking a Compliance Analyst to join them in a permanent role paying £35,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience, and requiring 4 days per-week in-office in Hampshire.

The Compliance Analyst will report to the Compliance Manager, and will focus on conducting Compliance Monitoring and advising the business on regulatory requirements.

Have at least 2 years of experience of Compliance work within an FCA regulated Financial Services environment
Have a good understanding of the FCA handbook the current regulatory landscape, including knowledge of GEN, SYSC, COMP, SMCR and Consumer Duty
Have previous experience of Compliance Monitoring and, ideally, Horizon Scanning
Are a confident user of Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and utilising these to create reports
Are able to interpret data and translate findings into clear visual, written and verbal communication
Having an understanding of ICOBS, PROD and TC would be highly beneficial, as would holding or being in the process of working towards a Financial Services qualification such as an ICA Certificate in Compliance
