Description
We are seeking an experienced Exam Coordinator to join our college based in Wakefield.

As the Exam Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the administration and coordination of all exams within the college, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.


Key responsibilities:


  • Coordinating with academic and administrative staff to ensure that all exams are scheduled, organised and administered effectively
  • Managing the allocation and preparation of exam venues, invigilators and equipment
  • Maintaining accurate records of all examrelated activities and producing reports as required
  • Ensuring that all exam scripts and results are securely stored and processed in accordance with regulations
  • Providing support and guidance to students regarding exam procedures and regulations
  • Keeping up to date with changes to exam regulations and policies and ensuring that these are communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Liaising with external organisations such as awarding bodies and exam boards as required

Qualifications and Experience:


  • A minimum of two years' experience working as an Exam Coordinator, ideally within a further education setting
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of relevant IT systems and software
  • Knowledge of relevant exam regulations and policies
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work with a commitment to providing highquality services

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
