A uniquely placed charity is seeking a HR Business Partner to join at what is a crucial and highly exciting time for the organisation, with this being a truly generalist role in the truest sense of the word.

Following the appointment of a new CEO and the creation of a new strategic roadmap, the HRBP will be crucial to ensure that this is realised.

Working closely with staff at all levels - including salaried and non-salaried staff - the HRBP will be the most seniorHR practitioner within the organisation, and as such, will be involved in all aspects of HR.

My client is based in the centre of Wolverhampton, only a few minutes' walk from the train station. With this in mind this role is site based 5 days per week;
hybrid working is non-negotiable.
My client is open-minded about what industry the HRBP comes from.

What is crucial is the personality; you must be credible, able to engage with a range of customers (both internal and external), happy to role you sleeves up and get stuck in to certain aspectsof what the business does that doesn't sit within HR.

You must enjoy variety; enjoy working in a diverse setting, whilst being a true team player.

The CEO has highlighted this role as making a significant contribution to the business; you will thrive in what is a brand new role within a newly established structure.
