Your tasks

Early Careers & & Graduate Program

Support in the planning of the Graduate Programme 2024 (preparation of assessment center, communication with mentors, etc.)
Support in rolling out the Early Careers Programmes (planning events, setting up communication, social media etc.)
Support in the planning and developing apprenticeship programs
Support for special topics e.g. Onboarding/Offboarding days, Meet and Greet sessions, workshops etc.

Talent Management/Learning

Support in the Talent Management Project/ Leadership Development Project
Creating PowerPoint presentations on various topics (creating slides, translating, adapting old formats etc.)
Creating reports and analysis on various People development topics
Support with HR communication (HR Portal / HR Community, HR news letter, etc.)
General administrative tasks (sending out invites, preparation and followup of meetings)

Your profile

Currently enrolled as a student for business psychology, adult education, business administration, economics or any other related field of studies
A pragmatic and customer orientated attitude
Pleasure to work in an international team
Excellent ability to communicate and write fluent English
The ability to work under pressure
Very good knowledge in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Capacity for 20 hours a week
