Will Backshall, Team Sales Manager, had a monumentally successful first year within the business, securing the coveted Performer of the Year title and finishing his first year at over 230% of his budget.

The team boasts multiple global top billers and regularly maintains the highest billing figures across the globe.


The US function offer unique flexibility in working hours, giving you mornings free to spend how you like, before starting work at 12:00 and finishing at 21:00 (18:30 on a Friday).

Barrington James prioritise face-to-face meetings and this opportunity rewards consistent billers with client meetings and conferences in the States.

12+ months in recruitment OR 12+ months in proactive sales

Role responsibilities:
Managing the full 360 recruitment process

Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies

From £22,000.00 per year
