Nursing Associate 22.5 hours

We are looking for a dynamic Nurse Associate to join our 0-19+ service in Sandbach, Alsager and Middlewich.


This role will focus on providing high quality, care for the Children and families within our local population and be an integral part of the delivery of the healthy child programme.

To contribute to the provision of care for Children, young people and their Families including those with complex needs.

To understand the roles of a range of professionals and carers from other organisations and settings who maybe participating in the care of a person and their family, and their responsibilities in relation to communication and collaboration.
