Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Coordinate production schedules and ensure timely completion of rotas
- Track progress of production activities and provide regular updates to management
- Assist in troubleshooting rota issues and implementing solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and procedures
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure rotas meet established times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in a rota coordination role or similar position
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry best practices and safety regulations
Job Type:
