    Lead Electronics Engineer

     

    Join a pioneering team as Lead Electronics Engineer to develop next-generation benchtop instruments for real-time, single-molecule protein analysis. You will lead the design and testing of high-precision, low-noise electronics that power groundbreaking work in drug discovery and diagnostics.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Low-Noise Analog Circuits and Signal Processing: Lead the development of cutting-edge low-noise analog circuits and signal processing techniques.
    • PCB Design and Testing: Design, test, and optimize PCBs and integrated electronics to achieve exceptional performance.
    • Biosensing Platform Integration: Integrate electronic and mechanical systems into biosensing platforms to facilitate innovative research.
    • Test Automation and Lab Support: Drive the implementation of test automation and lab automation support to streamline workflows.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with software, biology, and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal results.
    • External Partnerships: Work with external partners on PCB/IC design and fabrication to access leading-edge technologies.

     

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Experience: 3+ years' hands-on experience with analog/digital electronics, demonstrating expertise in circuit design, simulation, and testing.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient use of PCB tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence) and lab test gear, with proficiency in C/C++ or Python programming for hardware automation.
    • Skillset: Strong debugging, documentation, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
